NEWS BRIEF: Broadcasters in Germany, Australia and New Zealand have acquired celebrity musician biography series Planet Rock Profiles from Ireland's Monster Distributes.

Biography Germany, with ABC Australia and The Arts Channel New Zealand have all licensed the long-running series, which has run to more than 170 half-hour episodes having first been produced in 1995. Features artists include Beyonce, Sheryl Crow, Linkin Park and Snow Patrol.
